The so-called Mobbing Karnifex is setting up a scam on a rich old lady who is eager to do charity offers... but this time he is the one drawing the attention of the Unseen. For the first time, the masked young scholar faces directly Karnifex, in a clash that shatters even their supernatural uniforms, hurling them in the shadow world! Who is going to get out of there alive?

Episode #24 - The Bastard Cop Rebalance - Prologue n. 1

In prologue #1 of episode #24, The Bastard Cop Rebalance, the legacy of Karnifex's cursed uniform is passed on a new host who has already picked her victim.

But why did he bring her to such an expensive hotel, as if his true goal isn't the usual sex&murder game?

Try to figure out the answer, while you witness Jeffrey Lyon's methodical transformation into Karnifex, slowly donning the boots, the gloves and finally the incredibly airtight mask of Zipper Karnifex.

CHI E' KARNIFEX?

Karnifex è l'assassino mascherato soprannaturale, il cui aspetto cambia ogni volta che la sua maledizione di sposta da un uomo a un altro.

Chiunque riceva l'uniforme di Karnifex nelle proprie mani, non riesce a evitare di indossarla: la maschera antigas, i guanti, la tuta, gli stivali.

L'ospite si trasforma, e le sue pulsioni più recondite e inumane vengono portate a galla, mutando l'uomo in un assassino spietato!

Da quel momento, la maschera e l'uniforme diventano la sola vera identità dell'ospite, che inizia una seconda vita di sangue, sesso e furti.

Ma l'uniforme di Karnifex è una maledizione, e in quanto tale, segnerà il destino dell'ospite, come di chiunque abbia la propria vita violata dal letale tocco di Karnifex.

After the events of The Boomerang Trap, a new Karnifex is about to be born.

What are going to be his goals, considering that his human host is a Irish Police officer known as Jeffrey Lyons? Will he be commit those very crimes he has sworn to battle?

Zipper Karnifex features a variant of the cursed suit that is apparently made of plastic or rubber: it's shiny, stretchy, tight and perfectly airtight. The zippers that course through its surface cannot be unzipped, except the one on the chest. The eyelenses and small valves on the mask are perfectly sealed: how does this Karnifex survive?

Dopo gli eventi di Effetto Boomerang, un nuovo Karnifex sta per nascere.

Quali saranno i suoi scopi, considerando che il suo ospite umano è un poliziotto irlandese di nome Jeffrey Lyons? Commetterà gli stessi crimini che ha giurato di combattere?

Zipper Karnifex indossa una variante dell'uniforme maledetta che in apparenza è composta di plastica, gomma o lattice: è lucida, elastica, aderente e perfettamente ermetica. Le cerniere che scorrono sulla sua superficie non possono essere aperte, tranne quella sul torace. Le lenti e le valvoline sulla maschera sono perfettamente sigillate: come riesce a sopravvivere, questo Karnifex?

Episode 23 (part 3) - The Boomerang Trap: the End

Episode 23, The Boomerang Trap, comes to an end!

An unexpectedly long flashback brings back memories of the Unseen, as he recollects one of his early experiences with the shadow costume: as a kid, the Unseen almost drowned, after being accidentally locked inside a sinking ship!

How does this connect to what he is about to do to Karnifex-- and where do they end up, when they cross the darkness gateway together?

But that's not all: someone is waiting there-- a huge, muscular man wearing a skeleton suit and a skull mask. Does that ring any bells?

The epilogue features the birth of a new Karnifex, as soon as an Irish cop puts his hands on the cursed uniform-- and that is just the beginning of the next chapter, The Bastard Cop Rebalance.
