Episode 8 - Voodoo (Act 1)

Giovanni is back into the Karnifex suit, after being inactive for months.

He is using his secret identity to investigate on the mysterious deaths of the board members of his own financial company.

As Karnifex, he loses control while interrogating another shareholder, Carmen. He ends up abusing her, but not without being unmasked by the woman.

Thrilled by the pleasure of being back to be an unseizable masked rapist, Karnifex is set on never going back to the civilian identity of Giovanni.

From now on, the gasmask and the catsuit will stay on... forever.

WHO IS KARNIFEX?

Karnifex is the supernatural masked killer whose appearance is constantly changing, as his curse moves from one man to another.

Whoever receives the Karnifex uniform cannot avoid donning it: the gasmask, the gloves, the catsuit, the boots.

The host is transformed, as their most secret and inhuman urges are brought to the surface, turning the man into the remorseless killer!

From that moment on, the gasmask and the uniform become the only real identity of the host, who begins a second life made of blood, sex and theft.

But the Karnifex Suit is a curse, and as such, will ultimately spell doom for the host and anyone whose life has been touched by Karnifex's deadly touch.

Karnifex: Je Suis Charlie

(ENGLISH) Solidarity for the victims who where savagely killed during the Charlie Hebdo massacre (both the writers/artists and the cops).

The Karnifex suit is, once again, adapted to the topic, including some nods to the uniforms of the Special Forces that hunted down and killed the murderers of the Charlie Hebdo massacre.

This is why the usual gasmask is replaced by what looks like a classic military hood, with eyes and mouth holes (usually Karnifex doesn't show anything of its human host). Laced tall boots based on the Ranger Boots design.

(ITALIANO) Solidarietà alle vittime uccise barbaramente durante l'attentato del Charlie Hebdo (tanto gli autori del periodico quanto le forze dell'ordine).

La tuta di Karnifex, ancora una volta, si adatta al tema, e sfoggia alcuni riferimenti alle uniformi delle Forze Speciali che hanno braccato e ucciso gli assassini del massacro del Charlie Hebdo.

Perciò l'abituale maschera antigas è stata sostituita da un simi-passamontagna militare, il cosiddetto Mephisto, con fori per occhi e bocca (solitamente Karnifex non mostra un solo centimetro del corpo del suo ospite).

(ENGLISH) Under the mask, this Karnifex is a literal "Brute": strong, massive, muscled, cold, he doesn't hide his attitude, but at the same time he aims at sporting a refined look (at least for his own standard).

The Brute is so totally inhuman that, sometimes, it seems that he becomes a more decent person when he's wearing the Karnifex suit-- as if the curse is reversed!

(ITALIANO) Sotto la maschera, questo Karnifex è letteralmente un "Bruto": forte, taurino, freddo, non nasconde il suo modo di essere brutale, ma allo stesso tempo ama sfoggiare un aspetto curato ed elegante (almeno per i suoi standard).

Il Bruto è così inumano che, a volte, sembra diventare una persona più decente, quando indossa l'uniforme di Kriminal. Come se la maledizione fosse stata capovolta!
